Love or Perish

For all, it is the decision between a new, rich, exciting life and the insiduous, slow, living death that strikes at so many of us between the hours of dawn and twilight.

In simple, direct language he has shown how love is the essential ingredient, that binds us together and makes our every act a new, rich, and exciting experience.
Without love - in every form - the collapse of life begins. From the simple drudgery of getting up in the morning to the almost incredible disasters that lead into death itself, there is clear evidence that no man or woman can hope to survive in a life guided by hatred. The alternatives are, indeed, "Love or Perish."

Quest and have been looking for a book that is factual based. The author is not only a psychiatrist but spiritual
himself. It gives a knowledge base of why spirituality is essential in complete human development. Would recommend it. Immensely!
